The Australian Young Generation in Nuclear will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 28th 2024 at 4pm. This meeting will be held virtually. The link to access will be sent one week prior to the meeting date.
At this meeting, AusYGN members will:
- Be presented with the AusYGN Annual Report and financial statements.
- Discuss the agenda items.
- Be asked to vote to:
- Accept the minutes from the previous AGM held in 2023.
- Elect members to the 2024-2025 committee.

AusYGN Committee Call for Nominations
We are happy to announce that nominations for the 2024-2025 AusYGN committee roles are now open. All roles within the committee are up for election, the position descriptions can be accessed here.
Nominations are open to all members 35 years-old or under that reside in Australia. Members wishing to nominate for a position may do so here, noting that members must have their nomination seconded by another AusYGN member. If you are not yet a registered member and wish to participate in the AGM, please become a member for free via this link.
Nominations will close at 4pm on November 27th 2024.
Voting Eligibility
For any member to be able to vote on decisions during the AGM, they must be 35 years or younger at the time of the meeting.
Voting instructions will be distributed to members eligible to vote according to AusYGN records. If you are unsure whether you have lodged your year of birth with us, please update your membership details. Members with no age data or age data indicating they are over 35 will not be eligible to vote and will not receive voting instructions.
